BOOKING POLICY

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING

We respect that your time is valuable and appreciate that you understand ours is too.

By requesting upfront payment, our intention is to discern and prioritize clients who are committed to attending their scheduled appointments. This policy is designed to cultivate a streamlined and efficient experience, benefitting both our valued clients and our dedicated team.

Please note that you will be charged the full-service fee if you fail to arrive for your appointment or cancel without the required 24-hour advance notice.

If you need to reschedule, please do so with 24-hour notice. Any payments made on correctly cancelled appointments will be credited towards future bookings. Rebook by emailing us at hello@blushae.com

Blushaé reserves the right to cancel pre-booked appointments with up to 48 hours’ notice before the day of an appointment or shorter, subject to exceptional circumstances, such as illness/absence or emergency. Any pre-payments will be refundable in these circumstances.

Online payments are secure, and Blushaé holds no personal credit card information.

Please plan to arrive a few minutes early if you’re a new client. If you are running late to your appointment, please text us at 0431 989 826 to let us know when you expect to arrive and our team will advise you if we can still fit you in. We will do our best to accommodate you as long as it doesn’t cause us to run late for the next client. Please note that in these circumstances your allocated appointment time will be much shorter.

We are an Exclusive Ladies-Only Salon, and we do not offer services to men.
