At Blushaé, all appointments are reserved exclusively through our secure online booking system. This allows you to browse live availability, complete your consultation form, and finalise payment before your booking is accepted.

We do not take bookings via phone, text, or direct message. This ensures every appointment is confirmed with accuracy, privacy, and intention. It also means that when you arrive, all the details are taken care of — your time is yours alone.

By keeping our booking process streamlined and online-only, we maintain the level of exclusivity and seamless service that defines the Blushaé experience.

To ensure efficient and streamlined services for you and our team, we have implemented the following policies:

Payment: A payment is required to confirm your appointment. This helps us manage our schedule and prioritise clients committed to their appointments.

Cancellations & No-Shows: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Failing to do so, or not showing up, will result in a charge equal to the full-service fee. If you cancel correctly, any payments will be credited towards your future bookings. Please email us at hello@blushae.com to rebook.

Salon Cancellations: Occasionally, we may need to cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances such as staff illness or emergencies. If we must cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours notice, any pre-payments will be fully refunded.

Security of Payments: All online payments are secure. Please note, that Blushaé does not store any personal credit card information.

Arrival Time for New Clients: If you are new to our salon, we kindly ask that you arrive a few minutes early to your appointment to ensure a smooth registration process.

Late Arrivals: If you are running late, please inform us by texting 0431 989 826 with your expected arrival time. We will try our best to accommodate you without impacting subsequent appointments. Note that arriving late may shorten your service time.

Pre and Post-Care: Be sure to read the care instructions provided at the time of booking and in our follow-up emails to ensure the best results from your services.
