48 Hours Before: Your Golden Window
Exfoliate, but make it intentional
Think scrub or dry brush, not oil-based products. Focus on the spots that always betray you first—elbows, knees, heels.
Deal with hair removal early
Shave, wax, epilate—your choice. Just make sure it’s done at least 24 hours before, so your skin is calm and ready.
The Day Of: Less Is More
When it comes to the day of your appointment, simplicity is chic.
Come fresh and product-free. No lotions, perfumes, deodorant, or makeup
Shower a few hours before, not right before
Slip into loose, dark clothing with sandals or slides. Think “effortless off-duty model”
