Membership Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all Blushaé Privé memberships offered by Blushaé.

By purchasing a Blushaé Privé membership, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. MEMBERSHIP OPTIONS

Blushaé Privé is available in three membership tiers:

Blushaé Privé $200
$200 per month → $240 Blushaé beauty credit

Blushaé Privé $300
$300 per month → $360 Blushaé beauty credit

Blushaé Privé $400
$400 per month → $480 Blushaé beauty credit

All memberships have a minimum commitment of 3 consecutive months.

Memberships automatically renew monthly after the initial 3-month commitment unless cancelled in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

2. MEMBERSHIP PAYMENTS

Membership payments are charged each month automatically to the payment method provided at the time of joining.

The first payment is taken on the date the membership is purchased, with subsequent payments charged monthly on the corresponding renewal date.

Membership payments are non-refundable except where required by Australian Consumer Law.

A membership cannot be transferred to another person.

3. MONTHLY BEAUTY CREDIT

Each successful monthly membership payment provides the member with the corresponding monthly beauty credit:

$200 membership = $240 credit
$300 membership = $360 credit
$400 membership = $480 credit

Beauty credit may be used toward eligible Blushaé services at their standard advertised price.

Beauty credit:

has no cash value
cannot be exchanged for cash
cannot be transferred to another person
cannot be sold or gifted
cannot be redeemed for gift cards
cannot be used to purchase retail products unless specifically stated by Blushaé
cannot be used toward another membership
cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts unless specifically permitted by Blushaé.

Beauty credit is applied to eligible services at the time of booking or payment.

4. CREDIT ROLLOVER

Unused beauty credit may roll over for up to 3 months while the membership remains active.

The oldest available credit will be used first.

Credit that has remained unused for more than 3 months will expire.

Beauty credit does not accumulate indefinitely.

If a membership payment fails, no new monthly credit will be issued until the payment has been successfully processed.

Any unused credit remains subject to the rollover and expiry conditions above.

5. ELIGIBLE SERVICES

Beauty credit may be used toward eligible Blushaé services.

Eligible services may include:

Spray Tanning

Signature Full Body Spray Tan
Express Full Body Spray Tan

Lashes

Classic Lash Extensions
Angel Lash Extensions
Volume Lash Extensions
Lash Removal
Lash Infills
Lash Lifts
Lash Lifts + Tint
Korean Lash Lifts
Korean Lash Lifts + Tint

Nails

BIAB
BIAB Infill
Gel-X
Gel-X Infill
Nail Removal

Blushaé may add, remove or amend eligible services from time to time.

Any service exclusions will be communicated where applicable.

6. COMPLIMENTARY BLUSHAÉ PREP

Blushaé Privé members receive complimentary Blushaé Prep with eligible spray tan appointments.

The complimentary Blushaé Prep:

is available with eligible spray tan appointments only
has no cash value
cannot be exchanged for another service
cannot be transferred to another person.

7. COMPLIMENTARY TIER 1 NAIL ART

Blushaé Privé members receive complimentary Tier 1 Nail Art with eligible BIAB and Gel-X appointments.

The complimentary Tier 1 Nail Art:

applies to one Tier 1 Nail Art service per eligible nail appointment
has no cash value
cannot be transferred
cannot be exchanged for another service.

Tier 2 and Tier 3 Nail Art are not included. Members may upgrade to a higher nail art tier for the applicable additional fee.

8. PRIORITY BOOKING

Blushaé Privé members receive priority booking access where available.

Priority booking does not guarantee availability at a particular date or time.

Appointments remain subject to availability and Blushaé's operating hours.

Blushaé may reserve certain appointment times or periods for operational requirements.

9. BOOKINGS

Members are responsible for making their own appointments.

Membership credit does not guarantee a particular appointment time, service provider or frequency of appointments.

All appointments are subject to availability.

Members must advise Blushaé of any relevant service requirements or changes at the time of booking.

10. CANCELLATIONS AND NO-SHOWS

Blushaé's standard cancellation and no-show policy applies to all Privé members.

Cancellation fees, late cancellation fees or no-show fees may apply.

Membership credit cannot be used to pay cancellation or no-show fees unless specifically permitted by Blushaé.

Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in restrictions on future bookings or membership termination.

11. MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION

Blushaé Privé has a minimum commitment of 3 months.

Members may request cancellation after completing their initial 3-month commitment.

Cancellation will stop future automatic membership payments.

Cancellation does not reverse or refund payments that have already been processed, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.

Any remaining beauty credit following cancellation will remain subject to the applicable rollover and expiry rules.

No further monthly beauty credit will be issued once the membership has been cancelled.

12. PAYMENT FAILURE

If a scheduled membership payment fails, Blushaé may attempt to process the payment again using the payment method provided.

Membership benefits and access to new monthly credit may be suspended until the outstanding payment has been successfully processed.

If payment remains outstanding, Blushaé may cancel or terminate the membership.

13. CHANGES TO MEMBERSHIP

Blushaé may make reasonable changes to membership benefits, eligible services, pricing or these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

Where changes materially affect an existing member, Blushaé will provide reasonable notice where required by law.

Any changes will be made in accordance with applicable Australian Consumer Law.

14. SERVICE SUITABILITY

Certain services may not be suitable for every client.

Blushaé reserves the right to decline or modify a service where it considers this necessary for the client's safety, the integrity of the service or the condition of the client's hair, lashes, nails or skin.

Where appropriate, Blushaé may recommend an alternative service.

15. MEMBERSHIP MISUSE

Blushaé Privé memberships are intended for the individual member who purchased the membership.

Membership benefits, credits and complimentary services must not be shared, transferred, resold or otherwise misused.

Blushaé reserves the right to suspend or terminate a membership where there is evidence of fraud, misuse, repeated breaches of these Terms & Conditions or inappropriate or abusive behaviour toward Blushaé staff.

Where permitted by law, any unused membership benefits may be forfeited following termination for serious misuse or breach.

16. NO GUARANTEE OF AVAILABILITY

Membership does not guarantee that a particular service, appointment time, day, technician or artist will always be available.

Appointments remain subject to Blushaé's availability and operating schedule.

17. AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies available to you under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law.

Where a provision of these Terms & Conditions conflicts with a mandatory consumer right, that consumer right will apply.

18. PRIVACY

Personal information collected in connection with your Blushaé Privé membership will be handled in accordance with Blushaé's applicable privacy practices and policies.

Membership information may be used to administer payments, bookings, membership benefits and communications relating to your membership.

19. ACCEPTANCE

By purchasing a Blushaé Privé membership, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Membership Terms & Conditions.

Blushaé reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions in accordance with applicable law.
