RETURNS

We don’t offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases. Purchases can be returned for an online store credit provided you provide the original proof of purchase within 14 days of purchase and the item is in an original, unused, and unopened condition. 

Returns can be made in-studio or via post. Please note, shipping costs are not covered by Blushaé and will not be included in your store credit. We recommend customers make returns via Registered Post using a trackable service and purchasing parcel insurance. Blushaé will not be responsible for parcels that are lost, stolen or damaged in transit.

For all faulty or damaged items, we offer a replacement or a full refund. Items damaged as a result of normal wear and tear or incorrect use are not considered to be faulty or damaged. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method only (unless store credit is requested) and all refunds are processed in the original currency of the order ($AUD). We will not process refunds for returns that are lost or damaged via return delivery to Blushaé.

Our template designs are copyrighted by Blushaé.

You may not resell the design or claim the design as your own. Blushaé owns the property rights to all designs, graphics, and files included in your design. You are prohibited from sharing the theme or any design elements we provide with additional users.

Purchasers are prohibited from claiming Blushaé themes as their own and/or promoting them as original work.
